Post subject: WHY CORKSCREW ?

They're taking down Corkscrew at Alton Towers. It's been running for 28 years. It's a shame to see it go, even if it did leave you with a headache after you rode it. On the upside, theres rumours they're gonna build SW6 on the site. Considering SW3 was Oblivion, SW4 was Nemesis and SW5 was Air I think we should be excitied.

Yeah, heard about it. Kinda sad, but I've heard the ride is rough as hell, even worse than Playland's Corkscrew.
I've heard rumours say it'll be a robo-arm coaster, or something like that. _________________

Sorry to hear that.
But like Wind said, I have to agree old Vekoma's are pretty rough indeed. |
